Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Tantumetix software subscription at any time.
Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the month.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 30 days are non-refundable, but service will continue until the end of the term.

2. Hardware Returns (GPS Devices)

If you have purchased hardware (GPS Trackers, Sensors) directly from Red Nose Software Solutions Pvt Ltd:

  • Defective Items: Hardware found to be defective upon arrival must be reported within 7 days. We will provide a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: Unopened and unused hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI).
